I’m passionate about transforming ideas into tangible projects, as well as, telling stories. My motto is: "Make the invisible VISIBLE."

After a decade of working with more than 12 leading companies in the coffee industry to form supply-chain narratives and communicate the value of their sustainability projects, in March of this year, I marked a new chapter in my professional career and independently published my debut book, We Belong: An Anthology of Colombian Women Coffee Farmers. An artistic declaration with a humanistic approach that reveals the stories of 25 Colombian women coffee farmers and pickers in their full spectrum. We Belong won 3rd place (women's books category) in the Gourmand Awards 2023, which are like the "Oscars" of culture books, and won 2nd place (Best coffee book category) in the Sprudgie Awards 2024, and up to this date more than 1,000 copies have been sold.

After the publication of my book, I have dedicated 100% of my time to studying project management and researching topics like the concept of belonging, and mental health in rural communities. In addition, I was the brain behind the pilot project "Beans to Minds", a project that sparked after publishing my book. This pilot project aimed to offer mental health and wellness support to 39 Colombian women coffee farmers and pickers that I visited during the creation of my book. Beans to Minds was funded with 100% of the profits from the sales of my books in the first 4 months, as well as, donations from individuals and companies in the industry. As of today, this pilot project was completed. I’m looking forward to sharing the learnings, the transformation, the healing, and the valuable information collected during these five months.
